AAC Vehicle Inspections was founded to satisfy the demand for a mobile vehicle inspection service, after the closure of
RAC WA's Perth-based mobile inspection division.

Phil commenced his mechanical career with Mortlocks (Suzuki State Distributor) in Perth in 1972, and gained experience working on a
variety of Suzuki products, including generators, outboards, motorcycles and passenger vehicles. Phil's training included
crankshaft rebuilding, reboring and general machining, and included certification by NipponDenso for fitting of automotive air
conditioning systems. Phil moved to RAC WA in 1996, where he provided technical advisory services and performed vechicle
inspections.

Phil is a government certified repairer, and a member of the Institute of Automotive and Mechanical Engineers.
